Hey everyone! My name is Hampton and my brand is Hybrid Calisthenics. You can find me by that name pretty much everywhere on social media.
My goal is to help people cultivate long-term fitness and health with calisthenics.

Just giving some thoughts on perfect form vs "intentional" form! While there are some foundational guidelines, most exercises may have more wiggle room than we may realize. I have 2 months to complete 54 pushups consecutively. Its for a dream job and im only able to do 35 so far. Whats the best way of building endurance "quickly?"

You can deter them from invading your house by placing cinnamon sticks around your fruit
One thing you could add to this is a crane scale. It'll show you how much you're pulling isometrically and show strength increases. Also helps to train within certain % ratios

Hey I wanted to know if there is a link for iso chain instead of isomax, I went on the dragondoor website and on Amazon and can only find isomax, despite isomax being newer and all I am worried about the isomaxes rechargeable battery and it’s longevity compared with its price with isochain

This is very true. i was able to rep out pistol squats the first time i tried it because i grew up sitting in asian squat on a regular basis. This gave me the ankle/hip mobility and strength to perform this exercise. On the other hand, shrimp squats was a little more difficult for me to learn because of the imbalance of having a leg behind, which i'm not used to

Fitness nowadays are most definitely worshiped and made into idols. Majority of social media is all about the body we want to have. so in turn, most spend all of their time and effort into idolizing the flesh, the thing that doesn’t last, instead of worshiping the Father, who is everlasting… realize that he is the one who gives us breath and life. Read that again & let it sink in.

I stay fit by adjusting the parameters of what is considered fit in order to adjust my ever changing lifestyle. It helps to keep in mind that no matter how out of shape I might become, there is always someone more out of shape than me compared to whom I look like an Olympian god.
The strongest and healthiest i ever felt was working construction for 2 years; rarely found myself in the gym because of long hours, but it did more for me than the gym ever did lol
Dont babyyour body but save abuse it like hiting fall also keep it active by not easy exercises and stretching and by fuling it with healthy proper natural fud suplies pls see this cus weak humans are not appealing

This is the advice I needed. I can usually get myself to try a workout after watching a couple of your shorts, but turning that into a habit hasn't stuck. Maybe this will help. My goal is just to try offset some of the aches and pains of neglecting fitness since I graduated college a decade ago.

Yep you can buy traps that you can hang in areas where they are loitering and use this mixture if you don't like the look of the cling film and a mason jar.
As a woman, I fully endorse Hampton's girlfriend advice. And as someone who struggled with motivation to exercise until like 2 weeks ago (and probably will continue to struggle with it in the future), I really appreciate his motivation advice.
